Blox is a popular Polish blog hosting service, owned by Agora, media corporation which owns Gazeta Wyborcza (2-nd biggest Polish daily newspaper) and gazeta.pl (one of the largest general-purpose Internet portals).
It's loosely integrated with gazeta.pl - bloggers are required to have portal's user accounts. Also, gazeta.pl posts links to featured blog posts on their front page.
According to the Wikipedia's Polish article on Blox, the service had 30,000 users in 2005 and 90,000 in 2006.
