Description

Brodsworth Welfare F.C. are a football club based in Brodsworth, near Doncaster, England currently playing in the Northern Counties East Football League Premier Division. The Club were formed as Brodsworth Main, changing their name to Brodsworth Miners Welfare in 1963 and again to Brodsworth Welfare in 2006.

They play at The Welfare Ground, which was featured in David Bauckham's book Dugouts, with particular attention drawn to its unusual curved dugouts.

Brodsworth have yet to get beyond the first qualifying round in the FA Cup with their best cup success being in the 1997-98 season when they reached the 2nd round of the FA Vase losing at home 2-0 to Kidsgrove Athletic in a replay.
