Dalian Shide(Simplified Chinese: 大连实德), previously named Dalian Wanda(Simplified Chinese: 大连万达), is a Chinese Super League football club owned by Shide Group. The men's team play at the 55,843 seat Dalian People's Stadium in Dalian, China and their Head Coach is Jo Bonfrere.
Dalian Shide is the most successful club in Chinese professional football, winning a total of 8 titles from both the Jia A and CSL seasons. Dalian Shide's owner is tycoon Xu Ming (:zh:徐明 (企业家)).
Dalian possesses a well-funded and prolific academy. Famous players include Zhang Enhua, who had a successful three month spell at then-first division English team Grimsby Town and Hao Haidong. Sun Jihai and Dong Fangzhuo are successful players with Manchester City FC and Royal Antwerp, respectively. Dong has now moved to Manchester United, where he plays for the reserves.
