Melbourne Victory Football Club is a football (soccer) team in the Australian A-League based in Melbourne, Victoria.
They are currently A-League premiers and champions - the first and only club in the A-League to achieve the championship/premiership double[http://www.smh.com.au/news/football/amazing-archies-victory-march/2007/02/18/1171733611976.html]. As a result, the club will be one of two Australian representatives to the 2008 AFC Champions League.
