New York Radical Feminists (NYRF) was a radical feminist group co-founded primarily by Shulamith Firestone and Anne Koedt with the October 3, 1969, Stanton-Anthony Brigade, after they and other brigade members left Redstockings. Firestone and Koedt's intention to start this new group was reported in the last paragraphs of Vivian Gornick's November 27, 1969 Village Voice article, "The Next Great Moment in History Is Theirs".
