PFC CSKA Sofia () is the biggest and most successful football club in Bulgaria. CSKA stands for Central Sport Club of the Army (). Most of its home matches take place at the Bulgarska Armia (Bulgarian Army) Stadium. The club was officially founded on May 5, 1948. CSKA has won 30 League titles and 23 National cups. The club has the most League titles in the world after the Second World War and holds the greatest achievements of Bulgarian football clubs in the European tournaments (2 semi-finals in the UEFA Champions League and 1 semi-final in UEFA Cup Winners' Cup).
