Changsha Ginde FC (Simplified Chinese: 长沙金德) is a Chinese Super League soccer club based in Changsha (Simplified Chinese: 长沙), Hunan, China and headcoached by Martin Koopman.

This club was based in Shenyang and was named Shenyang Ginde FC (Simplified Chinese: 沈阳金德) until it moved to Changsha in 2007.

Ginde FC is owned by Ginde Plastic Pipe Industry Group, a subsidiary of the Hongyuan Group, and sponsored by Kappa and Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile, Co..

Before 2003, it used the name Shenyang Haishi (沈阳海狮 Shenyang Sea lion) and before 1996 it was named Shenyang Huayang (沈阳华阳). Their homeground was the 55,000-seat Shenyang Wuilihe Stadium (五里河体育场), they are expected to move into a new football stadium in Shenyang before the 2008 Olympics.

However, the Wuilihe Stadium was demolished in 2007 and the team moved to its current location of Changsha soon after.
